Tracy Beck is a 2007 graduate from Purdue University
which a B.S. degree in Food Science. Tracy’s course
work included Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry and
Chemistry. Her previous experience within the food
industry included Quality Control and Sanitation Supervisor
roles. This background serves her well in her
laboratory role and in performing environmental monitoring
for client sites.
In the laboratory Tracy is
instrumental in finished product testing, water testing,
media release and control as well as in performing
environmental monitoring and organism identification.
She is also involved in execution of client protocols.
Tracy brings strong organizational skills and strong
communication and writing skills to the MicroWorks team.
