MicroWorks laboratory fully functional

The MicroWorks laboratory is up and running.  Incubators are mapped, equipment qualification activities are complete on essential equipment.  We are ready to accept samples for environmental monitoring, bioburden testing, Microbial Limits testing, Disinfectant Efficacy studies, method validations and rapid qualitative testing with the BioMerieux BacT/Alert™ system.  Please feel free to schedule a visit for the near future.  We would love to discuss our capabilities.

 

MicroWorks welcomes Robert DeMasi

Bob DeMasi joined the MicroWorks consulting team in June, 2009.  He brings with him much laboratory and Quality Assurance experience.  He will be involved with execution of laboratory projects in clients’ laboratories.  See his profile under “Our Team”

 

MicroWorks Swab Sampling System (MSSS 001)

MicroWorks sterile swab sampling system is available for sale by contacting the laboratory at 219-661-8620.  Product comes in cases of 100 and includes a sterile swab and diluent which is gamma irradiated and ready for use.  The validation of this product has been completed and accepted for publication.  Watch for the PDA Journal of Science and Technology article in the November/December 2009 issue.
